Biography
Early in life, Alexis Garrison knew she would be a hero. In her adolescence she was kidnapped, and nearly taken away. That was until the young hero, Night Guardian, saved her and all the other children. After watching him get sent to a prison for doing so, she knew why heroes existed. It became her purpose.
Ten Years Later...
When Alexis turns fourteen, a new leader of Mexico allowed a powerful villain take over her state. By age seventeen, a rebellion was forming and she was front and center. After an all out war began, she and her comrades ended the state of martial law and took the state back into their own hands. Exposing the truth granted clairvoyance to the President, who wrote new laws thereafter to prevent this in the future. To relieve themselves from the memories of this event, her family migrates to the United States seeking a new life.
Five Years Later...
Alexis, now an adult, has been contacted by a hidden society of warriors. Skeptical, she approaches them with caution. After learning their true purpose she joins them on their journey to solve the answers to the great questions of life and the universe. Training alongside the warriors who protected the society, she learns fighting techniques unknown to many, while mastering every form of combat known to humanity. Unfortunately, the surrounding nations discovered their secrets and wanted to claim them for their own purposes. In the end, tragedy struck. The island society was destroyed by military weapons, their secrets safeguarded by the few who survived.
A Few Years Later...
Years after the incident, Alexis takes time to herself, figuring out how to continue their mission. With no records, artifacts, texts, or contact with the survivors— she was on her own. That was until she rekindled her friendship with Deandra Richardson, her childhood best friend. She spoke her one truth to Deandra: her need to join the heroes of the world and use her scientific and otherworldly battle tactics to use. It was here she would become the one and only Shadowblade.
